The most common call-out we get is a home where the internet works in the living room but nowhere else.
How do I boost WiFi at home?
Boosting WiFi at home starts with finding where the signal actually runs out. We survey the house room by room and place access points where they do some good. Boosting WiFi indoors between floors is almost always best solved with a cable up and an access point on the ceiling, not with more boosters in the sockets.
Can you fix my home network without rebuilding?
Usually. We come to your home, troubleshoot and fix it on site. Many people just want to fix their home network so it stops stuttering in the evening; that's a couple of hours' work, not a project.
I live in an apartment, does this apply to me?
Yes. Fixing WiFi in an apartment is more about interference from the neighbours than about distance. We change the channel, move the equipment and set the right band so that wireless internet at home is stable even in a building with fifty other networks.
What can I do about poor mobile coverage indoors?
Modern mobiles make calls over WiFi. If you have poor mobile coverage indoors but good broadband, we usually solve it by making the WiFi coverage reach all the way into the rooms where calls drop, so the phone takes the call over the network instead.
Can I run my own network at home?
Many people do, and we're happy to help with the final part. If you want to run your own network at home but don't want to crimp cable, fit sockets or do the terminations yourself, we do those steps and you save hours.
Can I use the RUT deduction?
Yes, on the labour cost. We deduct the 50 per cent directly on the invoice, so you pay SEK 800/h instead of SEK 1,600/h. You don't need to apply for anything yourself.
